Got an Innovation Authority grant? Make sure every hour counts
The Israel Innovation Authority (formerly the Office of the Chief Scientist) requires a monthly hours report signed by the employee and the project manager. Hours not reported by the rules can be rejected, and part of the grant money goes with them.
With ProperTime, employees report hours for each project and task, and managers approve the reports and get daily reports and alerts. A mistake gets fixed during the month, and at the end the system produces the hours report the Authority requires, with a digital signature.
From the daily report to the signed monthly report
Fewer rejected hours
ProperTime is approved for Innovation Authority reporting and meets the reporting rules for grant recipients. That helps prevent rejected hours and protects the grant money.
Reporting from mobile
The system is easy to use, and it was the first approved for reporting from the mobile app, in line with the Innovation Authority's criteria and an authorized location range.
A monthly report with digital signature
At month end, the system produces the hours report the Authority requires, detailed by project and task and ready for the employee and the project manager to sign.

Approved for Innovation Authority reporting
For hours to count toward the grant, they must be reported in an approved attendance system. ProperTime is approved for reporting to the Israel Innovation Authority (formerly the Office of the Chief Scientist) and meets the reporting rules for grant recipients, so your team reports by the rules from day one.
Phone, computer or the clock at the door: one report
Whoever heads out to a meeting or works from home clocks in with the app, whoever sits at a computer reports from the browser, and in the office you can mount a fingerprint time clock. Every clock-in goes into the same system and the same monthly report, and the manager sees it from anywhere.
Attendance, tasks and absences in one place
An employee forgot to report a day? Logged hours on the wrong task? The manager sees it in the daily reports and alerts, and it gets fixed during the month, not when the report is ready to sign. Absences are reported in the same system too.
